Returns Policy



To process all returns (unwanted/faulty/damaged items) we require a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA). The return number can be obtained by contacting us HERE.


Please note that MinerVerse Ltd. t/a My Green Miner (“My Green Miner”) is not responsible for acquiring any unidentified parcels. Therefore, any items received without prior contact with our team WILL NOT be processed.



Warranty Information 


*Important – Please Note*


Manufacturer warranty covers failure or malfunctioning of equipment due to manufacturing faults and will not cover any defect arising from mishandling, incorrect installation or improper usage.


Manufacturer warranty will not cover the following:


  • Any modifications made without prior approval Use outside of product specification
  • Voltage spikes, water damage, Force Majeure
  • Third party software functions (not advised or supported by the manufacturer)
  • Incorrect installation
  • Damage from transit, if you decide to return the product to My Green Miner
  • Damage by mishandling



Unwanted Goods


If you change your mind, unwanted goods may be returned hassle free within 14 days.




  • All items must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. 
  • If packaging / tamper proof seals are in place, these must not be removed or we will be unable to provide you with a refund.  
  • We will charge a handling fee of 15% for returns on specialist items ordered in. Customers receiving such items will be notified on this classification before goods are dispatched.
  • Carriage charge for returns is payable at your own cost.


To process your refund, we require a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA). The return number can be obtained by contacting the My Green Miner team HERE.


Goods returned to us without a return number WILL NOT be processed.




Damaged Goods


Goods that are received damaged must be reported to us within 24 hours from the time of delivery. We will provide you with return number and arrange for a courier to collect the good(s).


Damaged goods returned to us without a returns number WILL NOT be processed.




Faulty Goods


If you feel your product is faulty, please contact us HERE as soon as possible and we will attempt to offer technical advice to resolve the issue.


If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will either:


  1. Refer you to the manufacturer in line with their policy for dealing with faulty items.
  2. Provide a returns number for you to return the product to us with

All faulty goods returned to us are tested:


    • If the product is found to be faulty, you have two options:

      We will refund the cost of the item and any delivery charges.


      We can send you a replacement product.
    • If the product proves not to be faulty when tested, then only the product value will be refunded providing the item is in a saleable condition and is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Cost of the delivery will not be refunded in this case. A handling charge of 15% will be applied in these circumstances.

Bundles are offered to My Green Miner shoppers as a way to purchase multiple items together at a discounted price. If you wish to return a bundle for a refund, you must request a return within the My Green Miner return policy period and you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE. Items sold as part of a bundle may be returned individually for replacement if you request a replacement within the applicable My Green Miner return policy period for that individual item.

Combos and Kits


Combos and Kits include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Items sold as part of a combo or kit may be returned individually for replacement within the My Green Miner return policy period for that individual item. If an individual combo or kit item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your combo/kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund by itself, you will need to return all items in the combo / kit or return it with other items of value in order to receive a refund.




Return Processing


Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to process after being received. Due to item availability, some repair/replacement returns may be delayed or changed to refund.




Additional Terms


My Green Miner does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at the returns address destination. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, My Green Miner does not take title to the refunded item. We advise you take out delivery insurance.





Nothing in this return policy limits your rights and remedies under any law.
